pH buffer solutions are essential for accurate pH readings. Osorno's ready-to-use solutions eliminate any risks when mixing buffers.

To ensure best results, calibrate your pH meter before each day of use, or when switching pH ranges. Use buffers within the pH range of the samples you are testing and match the temperature of the buffer to the samples, and discard calibration solutions when finished.

Our pH 7.00 solution is made from monopotassium pohosphate, disodium phosphate, tartazine yellow dye, and a 50/50 thymol / ethanol solution dosed at 0.1% to prevent fungal growth. All components can be traced to NIST-certified reference materials.
