Calconcarboxylic acid, also known as calconcarbonic acid, is a complexometric indicator, most commonly used in EDTA titrations of water samples. Calconcarboxylic acid binds only calcium ions, making it useful (and complementary) to Erio T, which binds both calcium and magnesium.
