Fungicide #1 is a concentrated blend of peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide for treating mildew. We recommend using it to get rid of mildew on grapes before harvest.
The food and drink industry uses peracetic acid as a sanitizer and disinfectant.
Fungicide #1 is very reactive and will quickly break down into acetic acid (vinegar), oxygen, and water. It does not leave behind any harmful residue and is therefore safe for use up to the time of harvest.
