To ensure the best results, calibrate your pH meter before each day of use, or when switching pH ranges. Use buffers within the pH range of the samples you are testing and match the temperature of the buffer to the samples, then discard calibration solutions when finished.

Our pH 7.00 solution is made from monopotassium phosphate, disodium phosphate, tartrazine yellow dye, and a 50/50 thymol/ethanol solution dosed at 0.1% to prevent fungal growth. All components can be traced to NIST-certified reference materials.
