PowerOxide™ MD consists of two components - Component A and Component B.
It is available in various packages for production of 1 L, 4 L, 20 L, 55 L, or 80 L of chlorine dioxide solution.
Unlike our Liquid Chlorine Dioxide Kits, our PowerOxide™ Kits are only for manual ClO2 production. PowerOxide™ MD produces chlorine dioxide solution with a concentration of 0.2 - 0.25% for applications in animal husbandry, surface spraying, and fumigation.
Chlorine dioxide (ClO2) is a powerful disinfectant for drinking water.
ClO2 is quite different from chlorine (Cl2). Unlike chlorine, chlorine dioxide does not produce carcinogenic trihalomethanes (THMs). Chlorine dioxide has a long-lasting effect through residual concentration – something that neither chlorine, ozone, nor UV can provide.
