Acidity Neutralizer is a very important wine additive. It can be used at the beginning of wine making if total titratable acidity is very high, in the middle of fermentation if high acidity prevents fermentation and at the end of fermentation, because incorrect acidity will affect wine taste.

Amount of Acidity Neutralizer must always be calculated based on the titration of the wine sample.
